ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner and make correct entries in the revenue records with regard to the land in S.Nos.72/1E1A2 to an extent of 4570.5 sq.ft., situated at Thethigirpatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on the sale deed dated 10.02.2005 in Doc.No.210 of 2005 and another sale deed dated 07.11.2005 in Doc.No.2232 of 2005.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that despite repeated applications made by the petitioner for surveying and issuance of patta, no action is forthcoming. Hence, seeks a direction.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Elango, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 26.04.2023 seeking for sub-division of properties situated at Thethigirpatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on the sale deed dated 10.02.2005 in Doc.No.210 of 2005 and another sale deed dated 07.11.2005 in Doc.No.2232 of 2005 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
