COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, for a direction to the first respondent to issue refund voucher as per proceedings dated 09.12.2015, 22.07.2014, 17.01.2018, 17.01.2018, 17.01.2018 and 23.03.2018 for the year CST 2010 -2011, 2011-2012, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 of Rs.25,55,318/-, Rs.2,84,48,690/-, Rs.4,94,060/-, Rs.3,11,838/-, Rs.67,34,229/-

and Rs.3,14,672/- as per Form No.4 dated 09.12.2015, 22.07.2014, 17.01.2018, 17.01.2018, 17.01.2018 and 23.03.2018 issued under the Rule (5) (4) (vi) of the Central Sales Tax (Tamil Nadu) Rules 1957.

This common will dispose of all these six writ petitions.

2. Mr.N.Murali, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner and Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of both the respondents are before this Court.

3. Both the learned counsel make a common submission that refund vouchers, which form subject matter of instant six writ petitions have since been issued or in other words, refund vouchers dated 14.06.2019 have been issued pending these writ petitions.

4. It is therefore, submitted that nothing survives in these writ petitions and they have become infructuous.
