A.Nos.2326, 2327 & 2328 of 2024 in C.S.No.394 of 2014 P.B.BALAJI, J., These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased, 5th defendant, Narangi Devi; to set aside the abatement by filing the petition to being on record the legal representatives of the deceased, 5the respondent, Narangi Devi and to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 9 being the legal heirs of the 5th defendant, Narangi Devi (since deceased) as defendants in the above suit. 2.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the applications and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications and the respondents also does not have any serious objection, I am inclined to allow these applications. 3.Accordingly, these applications are allowed and amendments shall be carried out by 06.06.2024.

4.Post the suit on 06.06.2024 under the caption " for reporting settlement".
