A.No.2404 of 2021 in O.P.No.334 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This application has been filed by the applicant to raise additional grounds in O.P.No.334 of 2021 filed by the applicant to set aside an arbitral award passed by the first respondent council. The application is of the year 2021. This Court is of the considered view that no prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents in the main O.P. with regard to the additional grounds raised by the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
