For Petitioner : Mr.V.Raghavachari For Respondent : Mr.S.Sairaman J U D G E M E N T The wife has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.273 of 2014 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Tambaram, to the file of Sub Court, Vellore.

Both the parties appeared before this Court and this Court tried to conciliate the parties. However, their disputes could not be solved. Therefore, this Court passes orders on merits. 3.

The petitioner is having four year old child and is living along with her parents. The respondent is residing in Rajakilpakkam, Chennai. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is having a child and it is not possible for her to travel from Vellore to Tambaram and also considering the convenience of the respondenthusband, it is appropriate to transfer H.M.O.P.No.273 of 2014 to the file of Sub Court, Ranipet.

The petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
