This Criminal Original Petition has filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on his complaint dated 11.04.2022.
3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.131 of 2022 for the offences under sections 294 [b], 323 and 506[ii] of IPC.
4. Such being the position, blanket Order not to harass cannot be granted. If such a prayer is acceded, it will amount to interferring with the investigation.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
