JUDGMENT

2. The writ appeal has been filed by the State challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge directing the appellants to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption in the post of Work Inspector.

3. On perusal of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, we find that there is nothing to presume that there is a positive direction,rather, by way of issuing a mandamus, the authority has been directed only to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption in the light of the judgment passed in W.P.No.5203 of 2016. It does not warrant any appeal to be preferred. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
