O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to issue direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give sufficient police protection to the petitioner and his family safeguarding them from the respondents 4 and 5 and their men whenever they cause hindrance to access to petitioner's house peacefully. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner had given a representation on 30.03.2023 in this regard.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 will consider the representation and take action in accordance with law.

4.Hence, there will be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 30.03.2023 and take action in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. No costs.
