(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 altered into 302 of IPC,in Crime No.105 of 2020,seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.105 of 2020. He would also submit that the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2020.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.
