Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to construct the Village High Road in the Thirmullaivasal Village in Nagapattinam District by providing necessary facilities enabling the petitioners to cross the road from underneath that road.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to construct the Village High Road in the Thirmullaivasal Village in Nagapattinam District by providing necessary facilities enabling the petitioners to cross the road from underneath that road. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government by referring the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent submitted that the respondents have already constructed the bridge and also formed a service road, for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners.

4. In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. No costs.
