2. The respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 30.10.2019 in W.P.No.22653 of 2003 has been complied with.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the respondent shall submit necessary certificate and file appropriate petition before the Labour Court for the purpose of withdrawal of the deposited amount and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
