This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2014 and carryout investigation in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. On a complaint dated 04.07.2015 given by the petitioner, CSR No.377 of 2015 was assigned and during the enquiry, it appears that the petitioner was handed over Sridhana articles and Jewells. The petitioner has given second complaint dated 15.07.2015, for which CSR No.403 of 2015 has been assigned and the complaint has been forwarded to Social Welfare Officer on 29.07.2015 and the report is awaited.
