In spite of order of notice to the respondent/defendant, notice could not be served. Since the respondent has vacated the premises, the plaintiff was permitted to take substitute service by way of paper publication. Accordingly, the plaintiff has taken substitute service.

2. When the matter was called today, there is no representation for the respondent/defendant. Hence the defendant set ex-parte.

3. Interim order already granted by this Court is made absolute.

4. Post the suit on 15.07.2021 for fixing the date for recording ex-parte evidence.
