O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.5 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 1st respondent Police has registered a case in Crime No.5 of 2018 on 13.12.2018 under Section 420 and 34 IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the fact that the FIR has been registered only on 13.02.2018 and bearing in mind the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. directed to complete the investigation expeditiously in Crime No.5 of 2018 and either file a Closure Report or a Charge Sheet as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
