This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 29.07.2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellipalyam Police Station, Nagapattinam District and to investigate the same.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 29.07.2015, the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the police to register FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
