This writ petition has been filed for a direction forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's Ayurvedic Medicine Practice at Uthukuli Town, Tiruppur District. 2.It is an admitted fact that the petitioner is practising Ayurvedic Medicine and not any other branch of Medicines. Since the respondents are preventing the practising of the petitioner, he is before this Court with this writ petition for an appropriate direction.

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the practice of the petitioner in the field of Ayurvedic Medicine is not prevented and no such direction is issued to that effect.

4.Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
