Karaikal- 609 604 within a stipulated time and directing the 7th respondent to give protection at the time of removing the encroachment.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct Respondent Nos.1 to 6 to remove the encroachment made by the 8th respondent in the property that belongs to the Sri Somanadha Swamy Devasthanam situated at Ward M, Block-5, T.S. No.11, Patta No.1, Akkaraivattam, Neavy Post , Karaikal- 609 604.
2. Mr.K.R.Harin, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 7.
3. We direct the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to cause a joint local inspection of the property situate at Ward M, Block-5, T.S. No.11, Patta No.1, Akkaraivattam, Neavy Post , Karaikal609 604, within a fortnight and if any encroachment is found, the official respondents shall take action in accordance with law after putting on notice all concerned, particularly the eight respondent before us, and conclude the proceedings within two months.
