We perused the affidavit of the petitioner filed in support of this petitions, wherein, the petitioner has stated that Excellence Data Research Private Limited was amalgamated into Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited vide order dated 25.07.2017 passed by the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai, with effect from 01.04.2016. 5.
