Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petition has been filed challenging the interim stay passed by the appellate authority. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the first appeal itself had been disposed of and thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, as infructuous. No Costs.
