ORDER
This petition has been filed to bring the respondents 8 and 9 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 6 th respondent/ Periyanayaki and rank them as respondents 10 and 11 in the above second appeal.
2. The affidavit of service has been filed by the petitioner in compliance with the private notice issued by this Court and their names are also printed in the cause list. The proposed respondents are not present before this Court. Hence, the application stands ordered as prayed for.
3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the second appeal and issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents in the second appeal returnable in four (4) weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
Any failure on the part of the petitioner to pay the process for the newly impleaded respondents, the second appeal shall stand dismissed as against them. 22-08-2025 dsa
