(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for executing Anticipatory bail as per order in Crl.O.P.No.9121 of 2020.

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to produce the sureties as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
