Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing for the civil revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision, in the light of the order passed by this Court in CRP.(PD).No.1295 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023. He pleads that the issues that has been raised by him in the revision should be left open to be agitated at the time of final disposal.

2. Granting the said liberty, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
