This petition has been filed by the Government for extension of time for payment of compensation amount to the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the compensation amount of Rs.3,69,136/- has been paid by way of cheque on 21.12.2018 itself. Let the petitioner verify. If the amount is not paid, he is at liberty to file a fresh petition.
