:Defendants Civil suit praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass a judgement and decree:
a) directing the defendants jointly and severally pay to the plaintiff damages of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs only) b) Cost of the suit.
This suit coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.A.Fernandez, Advocate for the plaintiff herein and Mr.R.Narendran, Advocate for the Defendants 1 to 3 herein, and M/s. Abdul Mubeen, Advocate for the 4th and 5th defendants herein, and upon reading the pleadings filed herein and the learned counsel for the plaintiff having made an endorement on the plaint stating that " I may request to withdraw this petition/plaintiff, and refund the court fees", and it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for both sides that a compromise was entered in W.P.Nos. 3265 and 3266 of 2015, in which the plaintiff herein agreed to withdraw this suit, and this court doth recording the same, It is ordered as follows:- That the suit in C.S.No.17 of 2015 be and is hereby dismissed as settled out of court.
2. That a certificate under Section 69 of The Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act XIV of 1955 (Amended Act), do issue herein, out of under the seal of this Court in favour of A.Munavar Bathca, the plaintiff herein, authorising him to receive from the Pay and Accounts office, High Court, Chennai, a sum of Rs.33,525/- (Rupees Thirty three thousand five hundred and twenty five only) paid on the plaint by the plaintiff.
