When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the enquiry conducted by the police revealed that the petitioner is the third wife of one Kannuppaiyan and the third respondent is second wife of the said Kannuppaiyan and there were some property dispute between them. She also submitted that the enquiry was completed and the same was closed on 09.08.2018.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
