This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the alleged false complaint said to be given by some third parties and direct the third respondent to issue enquiry notice before calling for enquiry.

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in pursuance of the alleged false complaint said to be given by some third parties and issue enquiry notice to the petitioner before calling him for enquiry.
