O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the second respondent herein has filed obstruction application in EA.No.52 of 2017, originally 50 of 2012 and subsequently re-numbered as EA.No.52 of 2017 in EP.No.139 of 2017 and the same is pending for more than five years. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for

early disposal of the execution petition.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner requested to mould the relief and to direct the court below to dispose of the EA.No.52 of 2017 within the time as may be fixed by this Court.

3. By considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the I Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur to dispose of the EA.No.52 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.06.2018.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
