This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decretal order dated 05.01.2019 in E.A.No.11 of 2016 in E.P.No.10 of 2010 in M.C.O.P.No.446 of 2000 on the file of the District Court II at Kanchipuram.

2. While pending this Civil Revision Petition, the matter has been referred before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench for amicable settlement. Thereafter, both the parties are amicably settled as per the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2023 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.02.2023. The said Settlement Agreement shall form part of this order.
