(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 18.06.2020, passed in Crl.O.P.No.8972 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 18.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.8972 of 2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8972 of 2020, on 18.06.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily on the first Monday of every month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
