A.No.1938 of 2018 in C.S.No.187 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J., Mr.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent is unable to present himself in court today inasmuch as he is undergoing treatment in Guntur and the treatment is said to last till 16.07.2019.

Mr.Parthasarathy, learned counsel, assures the Court that the 1st respondent would be able to appear in person if the matter is posted on 24.07.2019.
