The present writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned G.O.(Ms).No.462 dated 07.11.2020.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second and third respondents would submit that the issue has already been resolved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the above Government Order was upheld in W.P.(C).No.53 of 2022 vide order dated 16.03.2022 and 22.03.2022. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in the present writ petition. 2/4
