Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court against the petitioner directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3931 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34085 of 2020 on 14.05.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3931 of 2020 dated 14.05.2020 in Cr.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3931 of 2020 dated 14.05.2020 in Cr.O.P.No.34085 of 2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram, on the first working day of every Month after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
