CMP No.9126 of 2022 in CMA No.492 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., Issue fresh notice to the respondents by substitute of service, effecting paper publication in any one of the local Newspapers in Tamil, having circulated in the locality and such paper publication be effected on or before 21.12.2022, indicating the date of hearing i.e., 05.01.2023. Private notice is also permitted. CMP No.9126 of 2022 is ordered, accordingly.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that that the respondents in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal have filed O.S.No.1 of 2008 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge (FTC), Namakkal and it appears that an exparte decree was passed in the said O.S. No.1 of 2008.

3. In view of the above, there shall be an order of interim stay till 05.01.2023.

4. Post on 05.01.2023.
