This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5060 of 2023 dated 03.03.2023, the petitioner shall appear before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate at George Town instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) raised objection to modify the condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
