O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with a grievance that he has not been paid statutory benefits inspite of his resignation from service as

B.T. Assistant long ago. The petitioner has given series of representations to the Chief Educational Officer and the District Educational Officer, Thoothukkudi. However, those representations were not considered. The Petitioner is therefore before this court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the Director of Education, the same would be forwarded to the Government for appropriate orders.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the seventh respondent. In case, any such representation is given, the same shall be forwarded by the seventh respondent to the Government with all the required particulars. The representation should be considered and disposed of by the Government as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of proposal from the Director of School Education.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
