This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court on 03.08.2016 in W.P No.27023 of 2019 has not been complied with.

Contp No.2206 of 2018 No.27023 of 2016 has been complied by the respondent. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received the entire terminal benefits from the respondent.
