ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking production of the detenue - M.Janahanandhini, aged about 17 years, the father of the detenue has filed the present habeas corpus petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenue has been secured on 27.07.2020 and handed over to the petitioner on 18.09.2020 by the Child Welfare Committee, Namakkal. He has further submitted that the accused was remanded to judicial custody. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
