PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to notify and implement Section 32 of the Right of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 by necessary Government Order, providing reservation as enabled in section 32 of the Act (as the Government has already done to implement Section 34 of the very same Act providing reservation in appointment in all Government Establishments).
