O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the docket order dated 18.12.2017 passed in R.E.P.No.6 of 2017 in M.C.O.P.No.685 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, thereby attaching the bus belonged to the petitioner to realise the decree amount passed in M.C.O.P.No.685 of 2008.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount has been deposited and deducted only TDS from the interest portion alone is a sum of Rs.70,995/-. Therefore, without considering the same, the Court below ordered attachment of the bus belonged to the petitioner.
3. Considering the said submission, as the petitioner deposited the entire amount and deducted the TDS amount alone from the interest portion, the Court below is directed to pass orders accordingly. In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the docket order passed in R.E.P.No.6 of 2017 in M.C.O.P.No.685 of 2008 dated 18.12.2017 is set aside. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 15.04.2021 2/4
