..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1666/2014/Tho.Va [2], dated 15.10.2014 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground in any one of the post like Attender or Fertilizer Salesman otherwise creating one post of Office Assistant in the 2nd respondent Society.

ORDER
