Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the disciplinary proceedings No.3 of 1993 dated 09.04.1999 on the file of the third respondent, which has communicated to the petitioner on 25.05.2017 by the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to settle all the terminal benefits and confer all consequential benefits.

ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the Government has passed G.O.(D) No.170, CoOperation, Food and Consumer Protection(CD2) Department dated 07.12.2020 imposing punishment of compulsory retirement on the petitioner, which punishment was imposed in pursuance of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, which is the subject matter of challenge in this Writ Petition.
2. In view of the above development, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition and therefore, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
