Heard Mr. V.Kalaivani Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondent to consider the representation dated 23.01.2023 made by the Petitioner for pay arrears, increment arrears and uniform arrear bills.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents has filed a memo dated 20.04.2023 stating as follows:- " 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Stanley Medical College and Hospital, Chennai to Govt. Nilgris Medical College Hospital, Udhagamandalam and joined duty at this institution on the 2/6

F.N. of 05.08.2022. Consequently, the Dean, Govt. Stanley Hospital, Chennai has issued declaration of completion of Probation period order vide the Proceedings.Mu.Mu.No.16277/Ne2(1)/2021 Dated:

28.11.2022. Subsequently, the Dean, Govt. Stanley Medical College and Hospital, Chennai has sanctioned the second and subsequent increments for the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.10.2021 vide the Mu. Mu.. No. 16277/Ne2(1)/2021 Dated : 28.11.2022. Further, the Dean, Govt. Stanley Hospital, Chennai has forwarded the aforesaid Two orders to the Dean, Govt. Nilgiris Medical College Hospital, Udhagamandalam vide the Na. Ka. No. 5572/Ne2(2)/2022 Dated: 20.12.2022 which has been received by this institution on 26.12.2022. In this context, the Dean, Govt. Stanley Medical College and Hospital, Chennai has been requested by this office vide this office Na. Ka.No.5479/Kal/2022 Dated :29.12.2022 to furnish the Pay drawn particulars to claim and settle the increment arrears for the period from 01.10.2018 to 31.07.2022. Due to non receipt of the same a reminder has also been sent on 3/6

24.01.2023 and 06.03.2023. In spite of repeated reminders sent by this institution, the pay drawn particulars has been received from the Dean, Govt. Stanley Medical College and Hospital, Chennai vide the Ref. No.001406/Accounts/2022 Dated :10.04.2023 by this institution only on 13.04.2023. Now, the arrear bills pertaining to the previous station is under process which is on receipt of the required details on THREE working days and the same will be settled within a weeks time to the individual."

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if she has any further grievance from working out her remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
