Cont.P.No.1077 of 2021 passed in W.P.No.22090 of 2012 has been duly complied with, as the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and disposed of the same on merits, by its order dated 15.12.2020.

2. Since the order of this Court dated 13.12.2019 passed in W.P.No.22090 of 2012 has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 15.12.2020 passed by the respondents, as only part of the amount has been ordered to be paid, even though the petitioner had sought recovery of a higher amount. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, if so advised, to challenge the order dated 15.12.2020 passed by the respondents by way of separate proceedings in accordance with law.
