25026 OF 2017) pending disposal of WP No.23816 of 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of N.G.R.PRASAD FOR M/S.ROW AND REDDY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned Senior Counsel Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner union has submitted a written statement to the respondents on 31.08.2017, narrating the grievances of the petitioner union. The negotiations are scheduled to be held on 6th September, 2017.

2. In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the written submissions made by the writ petitioner union on 31.08.2017 during the session. Further, if the union submits any further representation in respect of their grievances, the same shall also be considered during the course of negotiation session. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to accept the representation in this regard and consider the suggessions given by the petitioner union at the time of deciding the issues. 3.Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition stands disposed of. No costs.
