This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.437 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. P.N.PRAKASH, J.

gya 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.437 of 2017 on 06.12.2017 under Section 408 and 420 IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that the accused has not yet been secured and steps are being taken to secure the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accused.

5.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.437 of 2017 expeditiously and either file a Closure Report or a Charge Sheet as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. The petitioner is also directed to share any information available with them with regard to the whereabouts of the accused to the respondent Police.
