Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent which is made in O.Mu.No.2392/A8/2015 dated 08.05.2015 and quash the same and consequent to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the select list and thereby to appoint her as computer instructor with all attendant benefits at part with her juniors. With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 8.5.2015 and to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list and appoint her as Computer Instructor with all attendant benefits on par with her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

junior.

3. The petitioner did not attend the certificate verification. The certificate verification was over long back and the petitioner is not able to attend the certificate verification on the date appointed for her. The selection is already over. Hence, the petitioner cannot claim selection to the post of Computer Instructor. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
