O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to dispose the Statutory Revision petition filed by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act,1983, on 01.08.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was holding the post of Secretary in E.2189 Vadapuram Keezhpathi Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Singirikudi Post - 605 007, Cuddalore. On account of several allegations against the writ petitioner, disciplinary proceedings were initiated by the Co-operative Society. Finally, the writ petitioner was terminated from service in proceedings dated 15.05.2017. Challenging the order of termination, the writ petitioner preferred a revision petition before the respondent under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act,1983, on 01.08.2017.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the revision petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted by the writ petitioner dated 01.08.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
