(CRIME NO.10/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of bail imposed the condition of appearing before the Respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30. a.m until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.2573/2022 dated 04.02.2022 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ADITHYA VARADHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.2573 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
