ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020 sent for assigning and to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta to the lands measuring an extent of 0.54.50 hectares (1.35 Acres) in S.F.No.215, 216/1 situated at Paduvampalli Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District in accordance with law and within a stipulated period.

Heard Mr.M.Marudhachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2020, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter party, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. It is made clear that this direction does not concur any right over the property in favour of the petitioner.
