relating to the impugned re-public e-auction and tender notice dated 30.05.2014 in re-order No.252/Se.Ma.Tho.A/2014 Kovai issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same in respect of conducting e-auction to lease out the rights to collect two and four wheelers parking fees and fees for other facilities for the year 2014 to 2017 in the vicinity of the Maruthamalai Subramanyaswami Temple Adivaram.
